Great contents and excellent presentations by both lecturers.

This course is clearly 2 peoples life work as Denise and Beth’s knowledge on practical & theoretical medical ketogenic therapy is vast, but they are modest. The handouts and neatly organised references are worth the course alone. The live lectures always started and finished on time, with time for questions. I decided to do a 2.5:1 and 3:1 ketogenic diet on myself and use Ketodiet Calculator. I have turned away patients in the past as I was frightened due to ignorance and thought medical ketogenic diets were just for epileptic children. I didn’t realise there was a spectrum from modified Atkins, 1:1 up to 5:1 which all have different properties, especially when dealing with mental illness situations. This course is one of those “If had known this 5 yrs ago then ……”

As a registered dietitian with several years of experience working with ketogenic and low carb diets for diabetes and insulin-resistant conditions, I was very impressed with this advanced KMT course. Based on their vast collective experience, Beth and Denise provide detailed explanations and practical guidance for implementing KMT for a variety of health conditions in a safe, effective manner. In addition to the illuminating recorded sessions, there are several helpful reference and resources that can be downloaded at the end of each module. This advanced course builds on the excellent Foundational KMT course that I took in 2021. I highly recommend both courses to all dietitians and nutritionists who want to increase their knowledge, skills, and confidence in using ketogenic therapies from two masters in this field.
